Who do you work with? Do I need to be 'fit' already?
I work with clients of all abilities, from complete beginners, those looking to return to exercise or people who are already into their fitness but want to improve.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Absolutely not, just bring yourself and a water bottle. I have a variety of different fitness equipment and machines to provide a varied workout that can be tailored to your specific goals.
Do you offer any discounts or special offers?
I charge £40 for standard 1 hour session and also offer 2-on-1 sessions for £40 which helps make these more affordable and gives the added bonus of working out with a friend. I'm also happy to take block bookings. I also offer vouchers for people to give as gifts to loved ones and may be able to do a special introductory offer for these.
